Refund policy


We want you to love the books you order from our shop. Because all of our titles are printed to order or delivered digitally, our return policy is a little different from big-box bookstores. Please read the details below before purchasing.

Print Books
All print books are custom printed just for you through our print-on-demand partner. Because of this, we can’t accept returns if you change your mind.

If your book arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll be happy to make it right.
- Please email us at assistant@marshadefilippo.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and a clear photo of the damage, defect, or incorrect item.
- We’ll arrange for a replacement at no cost to you.

Digital Products (eBooks, PDFs, and other downloads)
All digital sales are final. Once a file is delivered, it can’t be returned or exchanged.

If you have trouble downloading or opening your file, please contact us at assistant@marshadefilippo.com  and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
